Hi!
Having a bit of a nightmare connecting to our CR5 currently. It was working with our windows laptop (via DobotStudio Pro - which is now not working at all), and using Dobot CR Studio on an ipad.
I can still connect on the iPad, but I can’t initate the robot, because of the following two errors.
ID: 121. Type: controller. Level: 5. Reason: ERR_INITIALFAILED
ID: 24583. Type: controller. Level: 0. Reason: The Panel Switch is pressed.
Can anyone help please? I have no idea what the panel switch is, and can’t find any information online at all about either error.
