‘Charmap’ codec error

I tried to run the conveyor pick place program for the conveyor belt demo and get a ‘charmap’ cod c can’t encode character ‘xd7’ in position 48: character maps to .

I used the default file downloaded from the DOBOT.cc website. Any thoughts or someone seen this before?

I’m getting the same error. Were you ever able to resolve this?

Actually just found that if you delete the blockly line [Placing Blocks] the program will run without error
