Calibration of Dobot MG400


When I command to move +10mm right, left, up or down, my dobot mg400 moves to +10.5mm. The ration remains for the longer or shorter distances. I use python tcp/ip, function MovL. I already calibrated do it using the black metal corner, but it didn’t help.

Does anyone know what to do?

I have the same problem with both of my Dobots MG400. Did you manage to solve your issue?
