Wobbling and shaking with CR5

Hi, I am using my CR5 with a slow motion camera and there is a very obvious vibration on the arm, particularly at the beginning and end of each movement. Because the camera is capturing it in slow motion I am able to see a LOT of shakiness. The footage is entirely unusable. I know other companies use this same model for the same purposes without problems so I don’t know if I am making a mistake in the configuration or if there is an issue with my Dobot. All the screws are perfectly tightened and I have tested this on multiple stable surfaces. The issue seems to come from the arm itself. I need urgent help with this matter!

Usually it is a speed range that has this problem, you can try to adjust the global speed to avoid it.
I recommend that you seek the help of the dealer who sold you the machine and a technical support engineer will assist you in solving the problem. Remember to take a screenshot of the current version information and record the vibration on the software.
