Problem with Dobot Vision Studio

I am having a problem with Dobot Vision Studio, i have my dongle inserted, but i get this message:

“Dongle not detected or errorcode”

I tried with Dobot Vision Studio 1.4.2 and the latest version available for download v4.1.2 that has the same error.

My dongle looks like this:

Can anyone help me on what to do? I tried reinstalling multiple times vision studio, reinstall drivers, and tried on different computers…

Hello, i found out that this USB is not the dobot dongle, it seems it got lost. Is there any way i can have the vision studio activated via software? I need to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a new dongle. Thanks
