My dobot rigiet is in silent mode

Hi. I bought my dobot rigiet from hongkong when i visited there last January 14, 2019. Im from the Phils. I cannot use my dobot rigiet gimbal because the message always says “rigiet is in silent mode”. I tried to search remedies over the net but to no avail. I tried one suggestion like removing the battery and press the power button while inserting the battery again. It still doesn’t work out. Its always in silent mode.
How can i go out from this SILENT MODE? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks
