Missing block when editing a subroutine in Blockly

Hi
When I create a subroutine of a section of my code and I want to edit the subroutine there are one block missing: “Set label name as”.
Also a feature I would like is, to be able to copy a set of blocks in the subroutine area and paste it into an another area. It’s like the copied information get erased when closing the editing area. It does not work the other way around either.

I use Dobot Studio Pro 2.6.1
