External TCP/IP communication error

#1

I working on a external device which is controlling a CR5 robot. The project based on the provided TCP/IP protocol(https://github.com/Dobot-Arm/TCP-IP-Protocol/blob/master/README-EN.md). The problem is occurring after I send around 50-100 commands. For some reason the robot refuse to send me back the status messages, I only get echos.
Note: After the problem has been occurred the robot no longer execute the commands via the external device and even the DobotStudio was unable to run scripts on the robot. I can only control it if I turn off and turn on again the controller.
Controller version: V3.5.4.0-stable-c3690384-2212021544

You can use the link to download the firmware version, use the network cable to connect the control cabinet after downloading, then double click “dobot_update.bat” to upgrade, remember to reboot the control cabinet after upgrading. Remember to reboot the cabinet after the upgrade. Also remember to turn off the power switch on the back of the cabinet and wait 20 seconds before turning it on.
