Hello, I recently purchased a dobot vision kit and downloaded and installed dobot vision studio 1.4.2 but the launching is not working. I keep having a pop-up saying “Dongle is not detected or abnormal”. I can’t find any info about what is this dongle and where to find it. Can anyone help ? Thanks.
