DobotTools can't connect to Arduino

Arduino’s software can see my arduino but dobottools can’t. Is it a driver problem?

Drivers installed from arduino, i changed name to Arduino Mega 2560 for Dobottools but still doesn’t see. (Pictures in turkish. If you want, i can translate)

Seems like your dirver is ok, what’s the problem when you connecting your dobot to your PC? Which control software did you use? Dobot application or dobottools? do you have a screenshot of the error info?
