Dobot Not Moving / No Status Light

After connecting the slide base accessory to the Dobot, all communication with computer was lost. To attempt and fix this issue, I ordered a new motherboard for the robot. However, after installing the latest firmware, the status light on the Dobot went dark, except a short white flash when turning it on. The Dobot is still detected by Dobot Studio and returns encoder values in the Teaching program. However, the arm doesn’t move in any of the programs, and often reports axis value errors when moved manually. Both V1.0.0 and the latest firmware (3.7.0) yield the same result. I appreciate any advice on this issue.

1.Product type 2.Serial Number 3.Hardware version information (you can find it in the software) 4.Software Versions 5.Videos of exceptions and specific engineering documents etc.

Hi Vadim, the problem was the main board was dead. I was sent a replacement by Dobot.
