During calibration, the robot goes to 0 point, but as if it rests on something and crack occurs
calibration does not finish

1.Product type 2.Serial Number 3.Hardware version information (you can find it in the software) 4.Software Versions 5.Videos of exceptions and specific engineering documents etc.
