Hello! We’ve bought 2 dobot magician. They worked fine until last month. They can’t update, can’t connect to pc. These are errors that we see: “reboot or update dobot program” or “port connect error”. Both dobots can’t update, error is “initializing error”.Indicators are not green or red. We tried everything reboot, reinstall, checked communication. We can’t solve that problem. Can u help us update those dobots to make them work fine?
