My CR10 has green lights on and I can ping the robot, however, it does not show in the list of available devices. Only the Virtual Controller is displayed.
I added a manual connection but the robot still does not show up in the list to select and connect.
I have rebooted my computer.
I have reinstalled the software.
I have powered cycled the controller.
Good afternoon! There was another post similar to this where the suggestion was to turn on SMB 1.0 protocol because the program utilizes that protocol in order to communicate with your robot. If you’re on a windows PC, you can enable the protocol by going to Control Panel>Programs and Features. Once you get to Programs and Features window, there should be a link to the left that says “Turn Windows Features on or off.” From here, you can check the SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support box and it will require a reboot. After you reboot, open DobotStudio Pro and it should discover your robot.
