CR10 Modbus RTU Communication Not Working

Hi,

I’m currently unable to communicate using Modbus RTU with a tool on the CR10 end effector connected via RS-485. Does anyone have any examples of communicating with a CR10 end effector tool using Modbus RTU, either through the GUI or the API?

If this happens in our already adapted products, you can use the official driver of the ecological product to initialize the device settings and then reconnect it.
