Z axis problems in MOOZ 2

#1

Using Ultimaker Cura, I generate the G-Code file and when trying to start printing the Mooz 2 starts moving only the x and y axes.

The z axis is stuck up and does not go down to be in contact with the bed. Despite the fact that I reset it to zero and then the 3 point setting. It is as if the Mooz does not save the Z axis.

Does the motherboard PCB use a battery that needs to be changed?

Any help is useful.

Thanks

Pablo

Before 3D printing, please set the height of the zero point. Please refer to the video in the link.

I have the same issue. I followed the video, reset it. The top is 0 and at the bed it is -127 Z axis. I have tried to reset it multiple times but it keeps the 0 setting at the top and prints in the air, not on the bed.
