I felt the joint was abnormal.

At home setting, a resistance is generated at the joint.

How should I solve this problem?

i also had this problem.
it seems that this a design fault. there seems to be some sort of cable in the basement that can block the turning base in some way.
i already read threads from people who opened the base to fix this by their own.
For me, i contacted the support for what to do. i could have opend the base but its always better to ask the support if you are allowed to do it. cause i didnt want to loose the warranty.

now in the end i was told to send the robot back to my dealer as they wanted to look at the problem themself. im currently still waiting for my robot to come back. hope everything goes fine.
