Software issues?

I am already very disappointed with the software. It works in Jogging mode but as soon as
I try to use save program in the teach mode it crashes. I have reloaded the program with all
the windows blocking features off and still the same issue with crashing. Without being able
to talk with a tech and get it resolved it is worthless. Thank GOD Amazon takes returns without
hassle.
