Problems with firmware updates for LED screen and mainboard

I updated the firmware on LED touch panel and MOOZ Firmware for MOOZ -1/2 v1.4.5 last night and now when I turn the Mooz 2 on I get a white screen on the LED panel with the message “Data Error”, and nothing happens. I have tried loading older versions of the firmware and increasing the version numbers but I still get the same result.

P.S. I have only had the MOOZ-2 since Christmas.

Do not worry Dobot have agreed to replace the touchpad.

I have the same issue, I got a main board from a working but broken screen tv.

For firmware, should the fauls be with the extension bin?
