Hi I purchased the Mooz 3 recently… After about 5 successful prints the machine stopped working. The extruder heating element seemed to have failed and was not heating up. It was reading the correct temperature (room temp) but was not responding when I tried to extrude or print. I took it back to the place I bought and got a new one… This one was working well and we printed 30 prints before the same issued occurred.
Has anyone else had the same issue?

I have same issue, temperature does not go up. What can I do to solve the issue? Can you please help me, I changed the termistor but it does not work also. There must be something wrong. My device can not heat the nozzle.
