Mooz 2 printing suddenly stops

Hi, I’m printing a small part, not bigger than 4x4x4 cm. When the printing is near 10% the printer suddenly stops and the printing head moves in all directions, the printer tries to continue but it doesn’t happen.

Any idea or suggestion?

I suggest you try to download the sample Gcode file from the official website of Dobot https://www.dobot.cc/downloadcenter/dobot-mooz.html?sub_cat=174#sub-download.
If it can be printed normally, it means the file is an error.
