Mooz 2 keeps rebooting

I just set up my Mooz 2 today and it was printing fine for a few hours but suddenly went into a auto-reboot mode. I have tried to power down/on a few times and also removed the power plug but still face the same issue. The unit has the latest firmware (Mooz and LCD). Any suggestion is much appreciated.

I have checked that all cables etc are properly attached and the latest firmwares (Mooz unit and for the LCD) is attached. Switching from the 3D printing module to the CNC module did not make any difference to the rebooting issue. Much appreciate the help.

Hi,

Disconnect the printing head, and see if the problem is still there.
Disconnect other cables and see if the problem is still there.
Try switch the head to laser or CNC and see if the problem is still there.
We are trying to locate the problem. Thanks.

Hi, I have traced the issue back to one of the cables. The auto reboot issue is no longer happening.

I’m having the same issue - which cable was faulty? I have removed the USB cable connection to my PC and am now using the SD slot instead of USB Memory stick and everything seems to be fine now.
