We have bought your Dobot M1 to select small pieces of wood of different sizes and shapes and with the suction cup take each piece to a place. With the software that you have sent us, it is not possible to do this, any solution? Should we buy more things?
I have bought an USB to db9 pin cable this morning, to try software you send us, but we need to know if that software can do or we need to buy more software o what
