Thanks, but if all of these don’t work, I have a probably better solution than trying again.
Make sure use a Made for Apple cable, because a unstable connection will result in such error.
Besides,You can use TunesKit iOS repair tool to do a safe restore, which will not erase your data.

Loo I faced the same issue while restoring my iphone 7, itunes error 3600 and I applied all the tricks you describe, eventually fix it, but in the starting it was really very annoying.

I faced this type of error code several times on my iPhone 7. It’s really annoying and not so easy to fix it. After many discussions and research on the internet, I find out how to Resolve Error 9006 In iTunes. I think its very helpful and easiest way to fix any iPhone related problem.

I read here that allowing iTunes on your firewall solves this issue. As security on your computer can cause it to bring errors so I disabled mine in the settings then restarted the computer and it worked straight away.
