Heated Bed Not Getting Hot Enough

Hey I have the Mooz-3, just switched from PLA to ABS and with the new heated bed temperature requirements, undergoing the first print with ABS I was unable to pass 73 degrees. It takes 10-15 mins to get to 73 degrees then floats between 71-73 for the next 5 mins. This is in a closed environment. When moved outside it doesn’t pass 68 degrees. Is there a solution?

On a side note, where exactly is the thermistor for the heated bed?

Yeah the bed is pretty terrible - takes forever to heat, and the reading is quite off of whack from what it is reporting ; it seems to heat unevenly too - but that’s possibly due to the damage caused by diving Z through mine and the impossible to remove gunk from the sticker.
