Gripper for a CR5


I just ordered a CR5 and it is the first robot we taken in to our factory. Now I’m looking for a gripper to attach. I’m new to robots and I want to knoow if there are some parameters to consider like mounting dimensions and electric connetions. Are there any global standard I should know of? I’ve seen that UR robots are often used in videos and tutorials for different grippers. Is it so that if it fits to a UR it fits a Dobor CR as well? At the moment I have my eyes on a SCHUNK Co-act EGP-C. Any comments or warnings for that gripper?


In theory, support RS485 protocol or IO control gripper can be used with our robot
