I have just purchased a magician, it’s amazing! But, I have just tried the gripper and when I ‘open’ it using the operation panel test button, the whole robot arm drops and goes limp and connection is lost? This also happens I when I tried this as part of a sequence. The gripper does work when I ‘close’ or ‘disable’ however. Can anyone explain the problem? The suction cup worked well.
Maybe it’s a short circuit? Did you tried other pins group to control gripper, or another tools?
