DobotStudio never turns off air pump. After a progam is finished air pump remains on. The only way to turn it off is to click the “Disconnect” button and then reconnect again.
If you use Gripper then the pump will not “turn off” as it needs air to keep the gripper closed or open.
Could you please explain why it needs air to keep the gripper open when the program (list of programmed actions) finishes? No question about keeping it closed/gripping.
You can turn off the air pump with a call to SetEndEffectorGripper(false, true, false,0). The gripper will remain in whatever state it was before turning off the pump
