we need urgently help. We bought your DOBOT Vision Kit. But we have problems to make adjustments to the camera settings in DobotVisionStudio 4.1.1, we always receive an error as soon we adjust any parameter. Please see the picture below. Please help us.

Hello, regarding the “General error occurs” issue(Error Code: 80000100), you can try the solution to this camera issue, you must first exit the background process in the task manager, and then replace the files Apps.XmlParser.dll, Apps.XmlUI.dll, VM.Xml.dll under the marked path with the attached three repair files.
