I have downloaded Dobot Studio, on my Windows 10 PC but when I launch it just spins and spins.

I have downloaded Dobot Studio on my Windows 10 PC, but I also faced the same problem as Mr. azube posted previously.
I tested Dobot Studio both v.1.4.9 and v.1.3.6, and I also tested to run with administrator privileges, and Windows 8 Compatibility mode.
But Dobot Studio did not start correctly.
How can I fix this problem?

I had been misunderstood DobotSCStudio as Dobot Studio.
I tested Dobot Studio V1.9.4 and successfully worked. I will enjoy Dobot afterwards.
I am sorry for making noise due to my misunderstanding.
