My vacuum pump seems to have stopped working properly. How can I get replacement parts. I cannot find any documentation for replacement parts.

You should try emailing your local Dobot company. If you bought the dobot from the chinese verision (dobot.cc), then email support@dobot.cc. If you bought from the american version, email help@iptech1.com.
