Hi,
I got my DOBOT Magician Lite and it works well. But when I connect the Magic Box to my MacBook using Dobot Studio, I get a message saying:
"Magic Box System File Restore
Restoring file format disk and copy related file to corresponding path…
[OK] [CANCEL]"
After I say OK, a dialog says “please don’t power off DOBOT or exit robot studio…”.
But nothing happens, for hours. This happens every time. The robot works when directly connected, and the Magic box works controlling the robot, but the magic box connected to my laptop does now work.
Any help would be appreciated.
