Can't download program to Magic Box in DobotLab

After connecting to the Magic Box in DobotBlock Lab, the connection will be lost immediately, and it will still fail after many attempts. Unable to connect to Magic Box, so the programs cannot be downloaded into it. The COM port cannot be detected in DobotLink, but it can be detected in DobotStudio software.
Did you encounter the same problem? How did you solve it?
