Attaining software Robot Vision Kit

I bought the Dobot Vision Kit. In the manual it says you should contact support/sales to get the software and drivers. You can’t donwload it from the website.

I contacted sales but didn’t receive an answer in two days. Does anyone know how to get the software and drivers from a different place?
