Hello all… I bought my son a Dobot mooz full 3D printer/laser engraver/CNC about a month ago. The problem we are having is that when 3D printing. He uses the touchpad to set the “Z” axis and starts the print, the head makes one pass then moves up to its maximum print movement and continues the print. One layer on the plate then print head moves all the way up. The filament still comes out with a thin thread still attached to the plate and the rest of the filament gathering around the nozzle. We are both new to 3D printing and are kinda lost on what to do and are hoping you can help us out. He lives with his mother so please be patient as any advice will take a couple days to answer… thank you all for your time…
