Wobbling and vibrations on a CR5

Hi!
Om my CR5 I noticed some wobbling when moving in a straight line. In some particular speeds it starts to resonate and vibrations are clearly visible, especially when the arm is extended. When I try running the joints one by one I don’t get that much of vibrations. How much vibrations is acceptable? I know it’s hard to measure it scientifically but I will try capture it on a video soon.

For some reason the mail is returned when I trying with my work mail.
I tried my gmail now.
I also tried your “admin” mail adress

Where is the support?

I tried the forum,
I tried mailing Dobot Support,
I tried fill in the “Contact Form”
I contacted the seller.
…but no response from Dobot regarding this matter. :face_with_raised_eyebrow: Except what is answered in this thread.
