Web management not working

The M! is connected to the PC by USB and direct network cable and is working, I tested with Laser Engraver.
I need to update the software but if I start the " Web Management"…appear" its loading please wait a minutes"…but nothing happens…What can I do?

Check The Proxy on your computer. That solved my issue.

If it is not working then go to https://uaetechnician.ae/samsung-service-centre and check the server port for web management.
