Using an external signal to trigger the Dobot M1

Hi,

I’m trying to get an external signal that will trigger the Dobot to move. I don’t have the DB62 Expansion Board, but I noticed in the Base I/O Interface that there are DIN18 and DIN19.

I’m trying to use these are the inputs to the Dobot. Can this be done? When I look at I/O Assistant, I can see that all Inputs are 24V. How do I change these to 0V?

I think you need to use a relay to control the IO input
