Robot connection problems

Hello.
Recently, there was a connection problem between mg400 and Dobotstudio 2020.
I have resolved the measures I received before.
However, the connection is successful, but there is a problem with the enable switch.
Pressing the enable switch once and releasing it again will disconnect the robot.
I cannot program anything through doobotstudio 2020.
What’s the cause? I don’t know why.
