Rigiet Panorama and Tracking function not working on iOS

Hello,
When i connect my Rigiet to the Rigiet iOS application, Panorama or tracking function is not working. Error message are “enable panorama in landscape mode” and “enable tracker in landscape mode”.
I have rigiet application version 1.2.4 on my Iphone 6s with iOS 11.2. Rigiet firmware is 1.0.1.6. I have tried to update the firmware through rigiet app, but received “unable to retrive firmware url”.

Please help

Your iOS version might not compatible with the app. Try repair your phone with a iOS system recovery tool. And then reinstall the app again.

Sometimes, you can restart your iPhone and to check if the issue is solved, or you can update your iOS system to be the latest one iOS 15.3. Or you can use the iOS repair tools to fix it. I used the Joyoshare UltFix to fix my facebook app crashing issue, it really works.
