RIGIET PANORAMA and MOTION TIME LAPSE NOT WORKING!

So i just got my new rigiet and installed the app on my apple iphone 7… but when i choose panorama mode or motion timelapse mode it wont shoot… instead it shows “enable panorama on landscape mode” and “enable motion timelapse on landscape mode”
PLEASE I NEED HELP IN THIS MATTER!

Could you tell us your iOS version and rigiet version?

I’m finding the same issue. I can do the panoramic picture but it won’t let me take a motion timelapse. I have firware version v1.0.1.8 for my Rigiet and I just updated the latest from Apple for my iPhone 6s.

You mean you updated to iOS 11? Rigiet app for ios11 is not ready yet. Also could you send me some pictures or a video to check this problem?

And please update your app to version 1.2.2 , then try it again.

I have same problem. Panorama or tracking function is not working. Error message is like “enable panorama in landscape mode” …
I have rigiet application version 1.2.4 on my Iphone 6s. Rigiet firmware is the stock version. I have tried to update the firmware through rigiet app, but received “unable to retrive firmware url”
