Rigid does not connect to iOS bluetooth

Trying to activate the Rigiet unit. iOS app is installed. but not getting a bluetooth connection to my iPhone 6 with iOS 11.0.3.

pretty useless device without that, I think,

what’s the solution?

  1. Update the software to the latest version
  2. Update your iOS version
  3. Reboot your iPhone
  4. Try to use an iOS repair tool.
