When the Magician is turned on, the indicator light is always red, and the motor is self-locking. At this time, pressing the forearm unlock button cannot move the arms. Also, it return to zero(homing) abnormally, but the firmware can be burned normally.
Based on the above fault information, it can be preliminarily judged that the Magician’s motherboard has been damaged.

Hi, I have exactly same problem. But I can jog any the axis and the led turns green. Any help could be great.
