Hello
My DOBOT Magician worked well yesterday when all of a sudden I cannot move the arm at all even if I press the unlock button. When drawing, the robot would draw half of a circle for example then block.
I just noticed in the activity log that I have some error:
ERR_LIMIT_AXIS23_POS alarm triggerd.

From https://www.dobot.cc/downloadcenter.html?sub_cat=72#sub-download , Dobot-Magician-ALARM-Description.pdf, page 14 it looks like you have met “Parallelogram Positive Limitation Alarm”. Under this you can read: “Trigger condition: Parallelogram is stretched to the limitation area
Reset condition: Quit the limitation area”. Hope that will help somehow.
