I have a Dobot M1 Arm - bought and backed for the very first kickstarter.
I am having issues getting it to work after I replaced the battery. Even with a new encoder battery, I keep getting the same battery is low error - the battery has a full charge, having checked on a multimeter.
in addition, when i clear errors, and try to reset the arm using ‘home’ nothing moves at all. I am using a windows 11 machine with a USB connection. nothing is working at all. any help or guidance would be appreciated.
