Dobot is unable to move and making noisy sound while trying to go to home position while home button is pressed in dobot studio

i was trying to home the dobot magician after connecting with dobot studio.
it is unable to rotate from the base for homing.
It is making noisy sound.

Can you control Joint1 with Dobotstudio ? And after power on, will Joint1 locked up?

I do have the same problem. Any solution found?

not yet. we are not using dobots now.
