Dobot Demo based on Python 3.8 doesn't work

Hello,
I’ve tried to get connected to Dobot Magican only via Python without the DobotSetup-App. So i used PyCharm and tried the downloaded DobotTest.py. While runnig there comes the error from the picture

I haven’t changed anything in the DobotTest.py code.

can someone help me?
