Dobot Axis limit error

Hi all,

I am new to Dobot, however, after setting up I have been fed with the following error:

[72]ERR_LIMIT_AXIS23_POS alarm triggered

I have been stuck with this error for several hours, I hope someone will shed the light for me as how to fix this.

What’s your dobot type, generation 1 or dobot magician? And when did this happen? Do you have a picture about this?

Hi

I do have the same problem but neither those solution work instead.
My dobot magican do not moved.
Connection is correct.
