Disassembly / repair service manual for Dobot Magician

Our Magician has some trouble with Joint1 resulting in something grinding on the base as it turns, which causes inaccuracy in motion and positioning.

We will definitely take apart the base and see what is causing this and hopefully resolve it.

It will help if we have some service manual or schematics showing the disassembly and assembly procedure.

I would like to have service manuał too, our Dobot Magician do not store calibration data after power off and reset. Is there a battery keeping memory alive or something else?
