Cannot connect to Dobot

I updated the DobotStudio software yesterday. When I click the button to connect with the robot, the software seems to be stuck and the button turned gray. I have tried redownloading the software, but computer still connect to Dobot

I had a similar problem. the Magician would turn on and the servos worked but there was no LED lit. When I tried to connect with Dobot Studio the connect button went grey and nothing happened.

The solution from support in China was to reload all the firmware. They sent me one file and the other was already on my PC.

Once the firmware was loaded everything worked again,
